why do let me press the UP arrow if I want to go to the layer BELOW?

Cause some times, in exceptional situations up is down.

will be solved in next version :)

I believe that this is a feature for the Southern Hemisphere.

I think in version 1.4 this is still reversed (& hot keys cannot include arrows).

Should I really move to the Southern Hemisphere?
